Andy played in and started 33 of 34 games this year missing only the first game due to an inujury. Andy ranks 14th in NAIA Division 1 Basketball in Assists with 147 and ranks 21st in Assists per game with 4.5 apg.
In addition, Andy was ranked #1 in the AMC Conference in Assists with 147. Andy now ranks 6th in McKendrees All-Time Assists record book with 394 and 7th in All-Time Steals with 118. For the 2nd year in a row, Andy out-rebounded every other AMC point
guard with 4.33 RBG during conference play. Highlights to the year include Coach Harry Stathams 1000th win, a 15 point performances against Williams Baptist College and Missouri Baptist, 9 Rebounds per game 5 times, and 11 assists vs. Park University
in the Conference Tourney Championship game.Sophmore Year - 2008/09:
This year Andy started all 36 games averaging 29+ minutes a game. Andy ranks 35th in NAIA Division 1 Basketball in Assists with 131 and ranks 43rd in Steals with 55 which
also ties #9 McKendrees' Single Season Steals. Andy now ranks 9th in McKendrees All-Time Assists record book with 240. In addition, Andy out-rebounded every other AMC point
guard with 5.14 RBG during conference play. Highlights to the year included a 19 point performance against Williams Baptist College, 10 Rebounds against William Woods Univ.,
5 Steals against Union University, and 7 assists against Union and Univ. Of IL Springfield.Freshman Year - 2007/08:
Andy came off the bench as a backup Point Guard for McKendree during his freshman year averaging 20+ minutes a game. During the year he amassed 109 total assists
to lead the bearcats. During this time Andy put in 4.6 points per game and pulled down 3.4 rebounds per game. Andy also received Academic All-Conference honors.
"Andy's strength is his physical play. He's a good, strong defender, a good rebounder, a good passer. His primary role is to defend, advance the ball, get it to the right
people and be selective about his shooting" said Coach Statham. High School:
Andy starred at Metro East Lutheran High School in Edwardsville, IL.. averaged 18.8 points, 8.4 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game as a senior... also led team with 95 steals,
